Employee Raffle Program
The Performance Group holds a $3,000 monthly raffle for its employees. Eligibility is limited to any EXISTING employee of TPG who is placed in an assignment and meets certain criteria:
- An existing employee is an individual that has been on an assignment with TPG for at least 30 days.
- An initial entry is earned when an employee works a minimum of 80 hours in the previous month.
- If disciplinary action must be taken against the employee, the individual will be declared ineligible for participation (GMP violation, horseplay, inappropriate behavior, walk off, or no call/no show, exc.).
- Individuals must be an active, working employee at the time the winners are picked.
Employees can earn EXTRA entries in the following ways:
- Each employee referral will earn an employee 5 extra entries in addition to the $100 referral bonus.
- For every week of the month an employee works 32+ hours, they will receive 1 extra entry.
The Performance Group will select three winners at random from all eligible employees on the 3rd Friday during the months of February, March, and April. There will be one grand prize of $2,000 and two $500 prizes.
New Employee Bonus Program
The Performance Group created a $500 bonus program for all NEW employees. Eligibility is limited to any new employee of TPG who is placed in an assignment and meets certain criteria:
- A new Employee is as an individual that has not been on an assignment with TPG in the last 60 days.
- If disciplinary action must be taken against the employee, the individual will be declared ineligible for participation.
- Individuals must be an active, working employee at the time the winners are picked.
- An employee must work 120 hours by their 30th day of employment for the first bonus payment and an additional 120 hours by their 60th day of employment to earn the second bonus payment. Hours cannot be carried over from the 1st period.
Eligible employees will receive the bonus in two installments of $250. The first $250 will be paid following their 30th day of employment, and the second $250 will be paid the week following their 60th day of employment. This is a great opportunity to earn extra money simply by showing up!
